THE FOUNDING
UNITED USA was founded on Wednesday, October 12, 1988, at Brigham Young University, in Provo, Utah. The founding organizational committee included five men: Fred Desposorio who was the promoter of this united movement (a native of Peru, a Graduate in Political Sciences and International Relations-Diplomacy at BYU,) Alan Jeffery who took oath as the President of the movement (a native of USA, a student of Pre medicine at BYU and currently a Medical Doctor in New York,) Richard Hutchins who became the legal advisor and mentor of the movement (a native of USA, a student of Laws at BYU and a current attorney,) J. Antonio Corona who became an emissary for the movement (native of Mexico, a Graduate in Religion and Sociology at UNAM-Mexican Autonomous National University) and Juan Osaki Ouchi who also became an emissary for the movement and a political and philosophical mentor for the founder (a Peruvian-Japanese descendent and native of Peru, a Graduate in Journalism and Communication Sciences at the UNT-National University of Trujillo.)
The Founding Assembly began at 7:00 PM, in the "Little Theater" of the BYU Wilkinson Center # 321. It began with an invocation by Ricardo Gonzalez, then, Alan Jeffery welcomed the public and attendants. Afterwards, the display and presentation of the flags from the American hemispheric along with the U.N.I.T.E.D. flag, took place. It continued with the speeches of Antonio Corona and Juan Osaki. Later, there was a special musical number called, "The Unidist Song ". Following this act, Fred Desposorio spoke about the foundations of UNITED USA.
Alan Jeffery was sworn as Chairman of this political organization, and Richard Hutchins, as Legal and Political Advisor. Antonio Corona and Juan Osaki were ratified as Unidist Emissaries of UNIDAD USA, and Fred Desposorio was sworn as the Founder and Leader of U.N.I.T.E.D.
Richard Hutchins, Alan Jeffery and Fred Desposorio took their time as speakers. Among the speeches, it is the message from the Leader of U.N.I.T.E.D., entitled "THE NEW POWER FROM A PEOPLE AND FROM A COSMOPOLITAN RACE, which was published in the only Hispanic newspaper that existed at that time, "America Unida" (United America,) from Salt Lake City, Utah in its edition of September 30, 1988, in memory of the coming anniversary of the Discovery of America.
This Founding Assembly concluded with the people singing a hymn called "A Song of Friendship" (Un Canto de Amistad). This song was written during the administration of John F. Kennedy, as part of his foreign policy for the Anericas known as the "Alliance for Progress". This song was sung with much enthusiasm, and the public applauded wishing a long life to UNITED, and to this Hemispheric, as a symbol of peace.
OBJECTIVEUNITED USA was founded with the oath between Fred Desposorio and Alan Jeffery. This oath was known as "THE PACT OF PROVO".
The objective of "UNITED USA", was the following :
1. To be a Constitutional Study Center: To study the Constitutions of the United States and all the Americas. This was a "Constitutionalist Pact", proposed at BYU on the same day of its foundation.
2. To defend the Constitution of the United States of America. And
3. To be an Antiterrorist Studies Center, due to the continuous terrorist threat in the mother country of its Founder, Peru, and with possible threats in the future of America (read more on the journalistic article "Decay of a Society" Provo, April 15, 1989). This oath also was known as the "Antiterrorist Pact", which was performed in BYU on October 12, 1988.

THE FOUNDINGU.N.I.D.A.D., was founded on Saturday the 21st of March, on the year of our Lord, Nineteen eighty seven, 1987, at 3:00 PM, in the Patio of Honor of the National University of Trujillo, in the City of Trujillo, Department of La Libertad, Republic of PERU, being the Founder and Ideologist of this Movement, Freddy Enrique Desposorio Cubas, and concluded with their ceremony of Celebration in the house of one of their founders in the Urbanizacion de California, Trujillo City. In addition the other founders were: Lucio Ramirez Gonzáles, Silvio Remigio Neyra Zárate, Orlando Lazaro, and Hugo Estrada. Thus, U.N.I.T.E.D. was organized with a CONTINENTAL objective.
OBJECTIVE
U.N.I.D.A.D. was born as a Defender for our freedom and the rule of law, that is to say, for the defense of our Constitution and for the respect of the Citizens and their Constitutional rights, and against the threat that it shook to Peru and Latin America, which was, the threat of terrorism, the Shining Path that at that time reigned against the rights of life and the freedom of man.
"THE THREE MISSIONS OF U.N.I.D.A.D." :I. TO CONFEDERATE LATINAMERICA IN A SINGLE NATION, AND TO INTEGRATE THE THREE AMERICAS IN A NEW AMERICA
II. TO DEFEND THE CONSTITUTIONS AND THE DEMOCRACIES OF THE AMERICAN CONTINENT AGAINST ANY THREAT
III. TO INTERAMERICANIZE THE AMAZONS BY UNITING THE RIVERS OF THE AMAZON, LA PLATA AND THE ORINOCO
I. POLITICAL CONFEDERATION OF LATIN AMERICA
By Confederation we literally speak about the Political Union of the 21 States or Republics that Latin America conforms; this is to say:

Only organizing and uniting the Republics of Latin America in a single Nation, we will be able to obtain A NEW CONTINENTAL AMERICA: A New State, a New Society, a New Civilization, with a Free and Democratic Government, and towards the Economic Integration of the Continent.
For this reason, we all, must write THE CONSTITUTION OF LATIN AMERICA, constituted under a single Citizenship, a single Passport, a single Hymn, a single Flag, and a single Currency. In this new Political System of the Latin American Government it would be decided so that their citizens go to the ballot boxes to elect a President, a Congress and a Judicial Power of the Union of the Republics of Latin America.
ECONOMICAL INTEGRATION OF THE THREE AMERICASIt is the New America that we all look for, the Economic Union of the Three Americas:
United U.S.A.
United Latin America
United Canada
Therefore, we introduce to this Unionist Principle, as the "New Moral-Political-Social and Economical Doctrine" that we look for.
II. DEFENSE OF THE CONSTITUTIONS
By Constitutional and Democratic Defense we talk about the creation of a Legislative Organ (www.continentalcongress.org), and of a Continental Judicial Organ to defend our STATE OF RIGHT, that is to say, the Respect to the Constitution and the Citizen against all THREAT or ANTI DEMOCRATIC-CONSTITUTIONAL PHENOMENON, whether this is a Militarist Anarchy, a Terrorist Anarchy (either a Popular Terror or a Terror of State), and of a Coup d'Etat, Military Coup, whether this is a Civil or Military man, or of any other Anti Social-Political and Moral Phenomenon.
III. UNION OF THE AMAZONS
Interamericanization of the Amazon will consist of the Union of the Rivers of the Amazon, La Plata, and the Orinoco.
It is the River and Terrestrial communications, of the South to the North, and of the East to the West: From Buenos Aires to Caracas, for the access to the Caribbean, and from Belem to Guayaquil, for the access to the Pacific.
Right there rest the permanent and inmortal loops of the Inter-American Union of the Republics of the South, Central and North America, that is prevailing to discover.
Therefore, Interamericanize to the Amazon, yes is fundamental, not so single politically, but also economically.
It is for that reason, that we complemented it in our URGENT UNIONIST MISSION, and of which, we considered it like the best great beginning of a quick reality, and the accomplishment of a waited dream from 450 Millions of Latin Americans, and from our Founding Fathers and Liberators of the Independence that preceded to us, as well as from our contemporary Unionist Leaders, and Democratic men, who has already gone out of this world and which liberty they fought until the latest.
Yes, in behalf of all of them and our children, and for the future generations of our children, today we say :
UNITY, COMPATRIOTS!

THE OATH
To defend the U.S. Constitution, our Religion, our Family and our LandToday, the twelfth of September in the year of our Lord, Two Thousand and One, we rise with a new name for U.N.I.T.E.D.: "Union of Nations Inseparable & Theocratic Equality Defenders."
We do so, in memory of the 8th anniversary for the Oath that Fred Desposorio took before God on September 12, 1993. The oath was the following: "...I will defend the U.S. Constitution and the Constitutions of the Americas with Freedom and Justice for all...!" Furthermore, we rise due to the events that has happened in our nation, yesterday, September 11, and because of the world-wide threat against our freedom and our democracy, wherever this threat may come from.
We rise to defend our Freedom, our Democracy, our Faith, our Family and our Land.

Therefore, the history of the future "United Party of America" began on October 12, 1988 with the creation of United USA.
On December 31st, 2000 we proclaimed for the Defense of the preservation of the Democracy in USA "For the saving of the U.S. Constitution."
And on January 21st, 2001, the day after The Inaugural Speech of President George W. Bush, a proclamation to rise and claim to exercise our "Rights and Freedom of Speech" took place by rising as one indivisible nation and as one political party.
The history continued with "THE PARTY MANIFESTO" on October 12th, 2001.
Since February 4, 2002, we have dedicated the time to let the people become aware of the urgency of founding the United Party of America in its due time and place.
This is what we have to do next:

* INSTALL THE ASSEMBLY OF THE PARTY. AND
