This is the year of so many events to take place, either for good or for bad. Just as I have analized it few years ago and I have come up with the interpretation for the events of Peru as a Latin American and world Essay, including an economical perspective. There I have mentioned an Imperialist Crisis in both issues, and the Fall for the Peruvian Populism, and a Latin American chaos, thus causing "The Great World Economical Depression" beginning in 1990, and "A Great Unionist Political Revolution" beginning in 1992 for the entire Americas.
This is how I have gone ahead toward the historical events for Latin America and the world itself. I do not do this to impress or call myself a Prophet, neither as a Predictor, but I do it based on the simple facts of "Analisis" from our history and based on the secuences of "Historical Cycles." All of this just proves that history is a repetition.
But the real exciting news is that a "New Era" is coming soon, with or without the support from Leaders or Economical Powers or from the Politicians. Future history is outlined, and the Lord wants it that way. Not because of a destiny but because man himself asked for it.
I may call to the month of May as "The Black Month and the White Month," this I say it because of the Terrorism in America, as well as for the China Pro-Democratic Demonstration which took place. As usual, where there is an ACTION there must be a REACTION. I say this because to begin with: On May 24 (1989) two missionaries from my Mormon faith were murdered, in La Paz, Bolivia, at 10:25 p.m., just a step away from entering to their house, and after a day of Missionary Work, they were machine gunned until dead.
I found out of this news on the next day, when I went to work, we were called to a meeting so that they can share such sad event, and...
Speaking of this event, this is a good beginning to write about Terrorism and about a New Era that we are just starting to live. Is Terrorism a Phenomenon or not? If we understand to Terrorism as a Phenomenon, we can say that we can expect or not many things of it. Because just as in nature, most of the times is dificult to forecast of when a tornado, a huracane, an earthquake or an ocean-quake will rise, if we study and analize it on time, we may be able to prevent and protect ourselves when the elements of such phenomenon will begin to gather to surprise us. Same as this phenomenon dissapear momentaneously when they have accomplished their target, we should understand that this does not mean that it has been gone for good. Not at all, because this is a true reality, it exists and it is touchable.
Then we should not ignore, ...
Now I can only ask you to be aware on the importance to study and find out of who is our enemy, "Terrorism," and that we should awaken to all the unbeliever people so that we can conscientiously study about it.
The rivalry between "Communism and Capitalism" or "Democracy and Totalitarians" will not be spoken too much in this New Era, but instead the world will be speaking about "Terrorism or Unionism," or "Democracy or Anarchy," this is because of the return of the historical cycle, where "Terror" would want to destroy the System of Governments, whether this may be a Totalitarian, Autoritarian or a Sovereign government, and thus make us live without law and order, but with confusion, due to the lack and absence of the authorities. That is Anarchy, that is Terrorism!
If anyone still is not convinced to keep up with this Political Arena, I would suggest them to read a book written by Ezra Taft Benson, a Mormon Leader and Prophet for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. He was a Politician, former U.S. Secretary of Agriculture under the Administration of President Eisenhower. The title of this book is "An Enemy hath Done This."

Thereby, I encourage you to be concient of the seriousness of this problem which is beginning in America, or else every thing shall be desintegrated. Just as someone said: "I HAVE SEEN THE END OF THIS NATION AND IT IS TERRIBLE, I SHALL SAY THAT A SECRET COMBINATION SHALL SWEEP OFF WITH THE LIFE OF THIS NATION." Who is this Secret Combination? Is it Communism? I believe that is something worst, It's Terrorism,! the same phenomenon which has existed from the beginning of the Human Era.
A terrible revolution shall come to happen in this American Country, "as never seen before, because this nation shall be temporarily without a Supreme Government..." This is why in all internal wars among the people, known as Civil War, are more dangerous than the International wars between nations, since this is a very delicate issue, due to a fight among brothers, which is more messy than any other conflict.
Let us remember that the worst enemy is our own ignorance of not knowing who is that Subversive Group that is expanding, to ignore what they believe in and what is their mission. The biggest danger is our own trust, to come to believe that our People has every thing under control and that nothing shall destroy us. Let us see cases like Peru, Colombia, Central America, and the Middle East, they are a sad case of Terrorism, just because of this "Trust."

Lo sucedido, es un buen inicio para escribir del Terrorismo, y de una Nueva Era que empezamos a vivir. ¿Es el Terrorismo un Fenómeno ó no? Si definimos al Terrorismo como un fenómeno, podemos decir que esperamos y no esperamos muchas cosas de tal. Porque así como la naturaleza, es muchas veces difícil de pronosticar, cuándo, un torbellino, un huracán, un terremoto o un maremoto va a atacar. Pero si lo estudiamos y analizamos a tiempo, podremos prevenir y protegernos para cuando los elementos de tal fenómeno empiecen a juntarse para sorprender, así como desaparece momentáneamente al cumplir su objetivo, pero eso no quiere decir que se ha deshecho del todo. No - Porque es una realidad, está vigente y es palpable.
No podremos entonces ignorar, ...
Hoy sólo me toca concientizar en la importancia de estudiar y conocer quien es nuestro enemigo, El Terrorismo, y despertar a toda gente apática para que lo estudiemos concienzudamente.
En esta Nueva Era ya no se dará mucha importancia a la rivalidad del "Comunismo y Capitalismo", o "Democracia y Totalitarismo", sinó que pronto el mundo estará hablando de "Terrorismo o Unionismo", ó "Democracia o Anarquismo", porque otra vez el Ciclo vuelve, donde el "Terror" querrá desintegrar al Sistema de Gobiernos, sea Totalitario, Autoritario o Soberano, y vivir en el desorden, la confusión, por falta y ausencia de Autoridad. ¡Eso es el Anarquismo, eso es el Terrorismo!
Si alguno todavía no está convencido en seguir este Rincón Político, le recomendaría leer un libro escrito por Ezra Taft Benson, Líder y Profeta (Mormón) de la Iglesia de Jesucristo de los Santos de los Ultimos Días. (Un Político) ex Ministro de Agricultura durante el Gobierno del Presidente de este país (Norteamericano), Eisenhower. El título del libro es "An Enemy hath Done This".

Les insto entonces, a tomar conciencia de la gravedad de este problema que se inicia en Estados Unidos, o todo se desmoronará. Como alguién dijo: "HE VISTO EL FINAL DE ESTA NACION Y ES TERRIBLE, LES DIRE QUE UNA BANDA SECRETA BARRERA CON LA VIDA DE ESTA NACION". ¿Quién es esta Combinación Secreta? ¿Es el Comunismo? Yo creo que es algo mucho peor, ¡Es el Terrorismo!, el mismo fenómeno que ha existido desde el principio de La Era Humana.
Una revolución terrible acontecerá en el país de Norteamérica, "Tal como nunca se haya visto antes, porque el país se quedará literalmente sin un Gobierno Supremo..." Es por eso que toda guerra interna en todo Pueblo, conocidas como Guerra Civil, son más peligrosas que las Guerras Internacionales entre países, porque es asunto muy delicado, ya que se trata de una lucha entre hermanos, que es más sucia que cualquier otro conflicto.
Recordemos que el peor enemigo es nuestra ignorancia de no saber quien es ese Grupo Subversivo que se está extendiendo, el ignorar qué piensan y qué se proponen. El peligro más grande es nuestra confianza, llegar a creer que nuestros Pueblos tienen asegurado todo y que nada nos desmoronará. Miremos el caso del Perú, Colombia, Centro América, y el Medio Oriente, son un caso triste del Terrorismo, debido a esa "Confianza".
